HYPE Relative-Strength Break is an official Trigr strategy by 0x7216…0007. It trades HYPE on the 4H timeframe, long only. Version 1 was published on 2026-10-09.
Uses Bitcoin as the yardstick: HYPE is bought on a fresh four-hour range breakout only when it has outperformed Bitcoin over the past week and Bitcoin itself is above its trend average, so the trade rides relative leadership rather than a market-wide bounce. A volatility trailing stop, a time limit and a protective stop close it.
Backtest of the published version on the Trigr engine over point-in-time market data, from 2025-05-30 to 2026-10-09: net return +66.3%, Sharpe 1.25, max drawdown −16.1%, win rate 45%, 33 trades.
